If you already have a pretty good sense of time management but you’re looking for a better option for outlining your week, tracking habits, or looking for a way to lay out what’s upcoming on the schedule, the weekly planner is a solid option. It is also great to use in conjunction with our daily planner!
When we say planner, we really mean guided list. This is a weekly tool meant to be ripped off if you screw it up or just need to move on. There is no shame in not finishing every item and it’s ALSO important that you don’t have SO much room that you put too many things on there! The key is to reduce the overwhelm, not increase it!
This option is also the most similar to “standard” planners for our neurotypical pals who don’t necessarily need the guided nature of the daily planner but love the look of it!
